I believe no matter what employers are going to look at who got the top education and most work experience. Yeah everyone is going to college these days and its more of the same thing, but that just means college students need to work harder to work up their resumes. get more involved, join more clubs that include your major or job of interest, internships, etc. All in all its all on you to decide how to make yourself at college and in the end employers are going to see it.
